Cancellation and Return Policy

  • Cancellation Policy
  •  Each session is personalized and unique. Please be courteous to the time you invest. We require a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If 24-hour notice is not given there will be a fee of up to 50% of the service booked. 
  • All members are subject to 100% of the service booked if notice of cancelation or rescheduling is not given within 24 hours.
  • All vouchers purchased (Groupons) will be redeemed if 24-hour notice is not given prior to cancellation or rescheduling.
  •  Refund Policy
  • o Aesthetically Well abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells. If the brand you are purchasing does not accept returns, we cannot accept the return.
  • o Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery to customer.
  • o Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
  • o Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • o All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping.  Aesthetically Well will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
  • o Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction.
  • o All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
  • o In house Gift Certificates and E-gift Certificates are not eligible for return or refund.
  • o Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return.
  • o Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items if purchased online.
  • o Gift cards are nonrefundable
  • Membership Policy
  • Must be a minimum of 3 month commitment.
  • Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time, after the initial 3 months. Members must give 30 days notice of any cancelation in membership. 
  • Payments are automatically charged on the 1st of every month with the main card that is on file with Aesthetically Well.
  • Must sign membership agreement.


 

  • All individual treatments need to be used within 3 months of purchase
  • Packages need to be finished within 6 months of purchase
  • No refunds on pre-purchased Treatments or Products
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable, are not redeemable for cash, and must be used within 1 year from purchase date
  • Treatment Package Refunds
  • Prepaid treatment packages will not be refunded. 
  • In the event you have a severe reaction, we will need you to come in for documentation of reaction, within 24 hours, so we may take actions towards reversing any reaction caused.
