Educational lectures are scheduled throughout the year to provide actionable material to improve your nutrition and approach to eating. These sessions are 2 hours in duration and provide information about both what to do to improve your health, and also the background on why. The framework provided will become your foundation for understanding your needs and how to use nutrition to achieve your goals.
Group coaching harnesses the power of a small, like-minded, group to provide accountability, support, and additional resources for everyone involved. Groups are created based upon personal needs and goals such as the following:
- Fat-Loss After 40
- Losing the Middle in Middle Age
- Performance Enhancement Through Nutrition
- Wellness Reset for Improved Health and Vitality
Each group is coached by Maggie directly and the number of participants is capped to a maximum of 5 participants to assure adequate personal attention for each member.
With individual coaching you will work one-on-one with Maggie throughout the entire 12-week process. Your initial in-person appointment will review your:
- History [Previous nutrition and exercise successes & misses, health concerns, & family history]
- Individual preferences
- Current lifestyle habits
- Current body composition [assessed using the Bod Pod]
Together, you and Maggie will devise an appropriate plan of action to start taking steps toward your goals right away. Additional in-person consultations will occur at 6 and 12 weeks, during which you will also receive additional body composition assessments using the Bod Pod. In addition to these in-person consultations, you will check in with Maggie weekly to review and revise goals, gradually moving you closer to your ultimate success.
After graduating from small group coaching, participants have the opportunity to continue receiving support and guidance from both Maggie and their community remotely for just $25 per month. Support will be provided remote through our private online groups and you will gain access to additional resources provided by Maggie including recipes, advanced nutrition strategies and relevant research in the field of nutrition and health.
A single, 45-minute consultative session includes a Bod Pod body composition assessment, along with a review of current eating habits and lifestyle. From this visit, participants will be provided with input regarding the biggest areas of opportunity to improve nutrition and lifestyle habits to achieve their goals. These appointments can be scheduled individually as desired.
