Cancellation/No Show Policies

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. All no show/cancellations will be charged for the credit card/CC total indicated in our detailed service menu.

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. All no shows/cancellations will be charged using the credit card/CC on file for the total depending on your scheduled service.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked. Please make sure to check your email and be aware of any emails coming from Aesthetically Well. Email and text reminders are automated, it is indicated that neither can be replied to, therefore attempting to reply to either is not an acceptable form of cancelling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period- please call, email or do so through our booking portal. Those are the only acceptable forms of communication for cancelling/rescheduling. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. If you are paying with a card you will need to have it on hand.

It is the clients responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Aesthetically Well abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells. If the brand you are purchasing does not accept returns, we cannot accept the return.
  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery to customer.
  • Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
  • Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Aesthetically Well will not issue an exchange, store credit, or refund until product is received and reviewed.
  • Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction.
  • All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
  • In house Gift Certificates and E-gift Certificates are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return.
  • Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items if purchased online.

– Packages need to be finished within 6 months of purchase

– No refunds on pre-purchased Treatments or Products



Treatment Package Refunds:

           Prepaid treatment packages will not be refunded. 

 In the event you have a severe reaction, we will need you to come in for documentation of reaction, within 24 hours, so we may take actions towards reversing any reaction caused.
