To ensure an optimal experience, it’s important to prepare before entering the sauna. Hydration is key. Drinking plenty of water beforehand will help you sweat more effectively, aiding in detoxification and boosting your overall experience. Feel free to take the bench in and out of the sauna based on your preference. Once inside the sauna, adjust the temperature to a comfortable level, best between 115°F and 135°F for the waves to penetrate, and aim for a session lasting 20-50 minutes. Anything above 135°F is for increased sweating and detoxification. Every body is different, so feel free to experiment with the heat settings to suit your needs.

While in the sauna, take full advantage of the integrated sound system, which is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones. Look for sauna in your Bluetooth to connect to speakers. This allows you to play your favorite music or calming sounds directly from your phone. Simply place your device on the built-in cradle and immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds. The combination of infrared heat and soothing audio creates a calming atmosphere that helps promote mental clarity and deep relaxation.

There is a small black button on the left side of the overhead light if you are facing the sauna. It will change the color spectrum. You never want the front heaters to turn off. There is a low spectrum infrared all around the back, but you want those to stay on. If you get too warm, simply open the door. post-session cleaning and maintenance
Since our saunas are self-guided private amenities, we ask that you clean up after your session to ensure the sauna is ready for the next guest. To do this, simply follow these cleaning steps:
- No outside shoes in the sauna.
- Use the provided sanitizing tools to clean the bench, glass, floor, etc.
- Remove any personal items, such as towels, and leave the sauna tidy for the next user.
- Place all towels and robes in the soiled linens bin.
- Please close the door to the sauna when finished to maintain consistent temperature for the next guest.
